The Choice Is Me

What a great day!  I made a choice for me.  I decided not to stay and go to a baby shower, I went to ride the bike.  I congratulated the momma to be and explained I couldn't be there.  I feel a little guilty, but I feel good that I made a choice for me.  (Oh, I did have a present there, just in case you were wondering.)  I left school and rode the bike for 30 minutes.  My rear and my feet were tired.  I was glad when the 30 minutes were over.  Then I did some (maybe I should say it as a little) weight lifting.  I felt good about the exercising because I also didn't eat cake or any of the other goodies.  The girls who put the shower on had a nice spread.  Then I went to WW.  Last week I put on 1.4 lbs.  This week I took it off! Hooray!  Which means basically I haven't lost any weight this year, so far, but that is going to change.  I am positive.  (Probably tonight!)
I will close because it is time to meet some girls at Frateli's for dinner and a movie night.  Now to decide short or long hair....hmmm.....
